The project, named OSCAR (\u201cHow wild ungulates modify the cycle of nutrients and carbon in the forest\u201d) aims at testing the effect of ungulates on the biogeochemical cycles. We installed ion exchange resins, buried at 8 cm depth, to capture soil available nutrients during a year, and we also installed tea bags to monitor the decomposition of organic matter for 6 months.
